What we collect
Right now, the only information we collect is your email address when you submit the waitlist form. We don't collect your name, company, payment information, or any other personal data at this stage.
When you visit this page, standard web server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and referring URL. We don't actively use this data for tracking or profiling — it exists as part of normal server infrastructure.
How we use it
We use your email address for one purpose: to contact you about Winf. This includes notifying you when early access opens, sharing product updates during development, and communicating anything else directly related to launching and running Winf.
We will not use your email address to send you unrelated marketing, add you to third-party lists, or contact you on behalf of any other product or company.
Who we share it with
We use a third-party email platform to store our waitlist and send communications. Your email address is held on that platform, which processes your data on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your email address. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for any purpose outside of Winf communications.
Your rights
You can ask us to remove your email address from our waitlist at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us directly at hello@getwinf.com and we will remove you promptly.
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at the email above to exercise any of these rights.
Cookies
The current waitlist page does not use cookies or tracking pixels. When Winf launches as a full product, this policy will be updated to reflect any cookies used in the platform.
Changes to this policy
As Winf grows from a waitlist into a full product, this privacy policy will be updated to reflect how the platform collects and uses data. When we make material changes we will notify waitlist members by email before the changes take effect.
